About Phenox Consultants
Phenox Cnsultants was founded in 2004 by Arthur Huits in Rotterdam (Netherlands). Our office in Curacao has existed since 1999 and was acquired from EY by Phenox consultants in 2006.
After successful offices in Curacao and (temporarily) Aruba, the management team decided to expand in 2011 and Suriname was a logical choice for this, due to the language and strategic location.
Phenox Consultants also has a long history with Buck. Through our collaboration with Buck, we can serve our clients internationally with a wide range of human resource, actuarial administrative services.

Arthur Huits, Managing Director

Arthur was born on April 7, 1971, in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Arthur is married and have three children.
Arthur is the founder of Phenox Consultants and beside actuary, also an entreprenuer. His entrepreneurial experience is very useful in his work as an advisor for employers.
Since 1997, Arthur has worked as a consulting actuary for pension funds, insurers and employers. Living in Curacao since 2012, he works for regional clients and for the 3 offices of Phenox Consultants in the Netherlands, Curacao and Suriname.
Glennfor Hellement, Senior Consultant

Glennfor Hellement was born on June 30, 1977 in Willemstad, Curacao.
After graduating from high school in Curacao, Glennfor successfully completed the master of science in Actuarial Sciences at the University of Amsterdam and is an “Actuaris AG”.
Since 2017, Glennfor has been working as a senior consulting actuary at Phenox Consultants in Curacao. Glennfor has more than 20 years of work experience as an actuary in the Netherlands and Spain before he started at Phenox Consultants in Curacao.
Darlisa Serberie, Junior Consultant

Darlisa Serberie was born on 21 Augustus 1998 te Willemstad, Curaçao.
Darlisa studied Comercial Banking and Insurance at the College of the Dutch Cribbean (CDC) and Finance and Control at the University of Curacao.
Darlisa has gained work experience in recent years at an insurance company, an accounting firm and in customer service.
In 2022 Darlisa started at Phenox Consultants and currently provides support for the certification of life insurers, pension funds and IAS-19 calculations for companies, employers and managing director and majority shareholders.
